Anna Lou's Bowling Party!

Anna Lou had a bowling party this year with a little Hello Kitty flair. We love all things Hello Kitty! It was such a fun day celebrating with Anna Lou's sweet little friends. The kids bowled, ate pizza and cupcakes, and played games in the arcade.

The poor little boys got Hello Kitty bags, but their treats were a little different.

The very large HK balloon! What do with her now?

Such a lovely family pic by the car. ha!

Thanks to Honey and Papa for so much help before, during and after the party!

We asked the kids to bring books for Children's Hospital instead of gifts. She gets plenty of loot from family! So glad we did this and will be a new tradition! We have twenty books to take to the hospital.

It was such a fun day for our little MISS 5 YEAR OLD!

Valentines Day

We didn't do too much for Valentines Day. Daddy was out of town so we kept it low key. We started with some heart-shaped Eggos and fruit and breakfast in the living room.

 Boone wasn't feeling the love.

For dinner we had some heart-shaped pizza and called it a day.

G and I enjoyed the dessert pizza.
While AL chose more V-Day candy for her dessert. blah. (she told me "take my picture with my fun dip."

We love you too, B!

Dad's Night!

Anna Lou had Dad's Night at preschool which is a BIG DEAL! They have been practicing their songs at school for weeks, which she made sure to stop singing when Daddy was around because it was "a big surprise, just for Dad's Night." And I was reminded that it was a night for just daddies, no mommies!

Here we are getting dolled up!

the flower!

Twinkies!
There were off to Dad's Night, but first stop was to IHOP for dinner! Her choice!

So thankful for these pics from our teacher friend, Mrs. Carol!! The kids sing lots of love songs, do crafts with Daddy, take pictures and have dessert! I think AL's favorite part is when Honey makes all of the daddies get up and do the chicken dance. Of course she had the daddies of AL's class lead the group.

The giggles while watching Daddy to the chicken dance!

Meanwhile me and the boys headed on a date ourselves at Graham's pick, CFA of course!

B was diggin' the nuggets!
And baby birdie loved dessert too.

Attempted pic of us while B tried to grab G's ice-cream.

Such a special night, especially for a little girl and her daddy!

Dinner with friends...

My friend Jayme and her boyfriend, Donald, were in town and we met them and the Ramseys for dinner. It was such a fun date night with dear friends.

Me, Amanda and Jayme, two of my very best friends!
