Well...this first pic is at home the day we left for Galveston but had to include it. Anna Lou decided Graham needed a few more cheerios for breakfast. 
MIMI and PawPaw, the other Halls (Mike, Kim + their 4 kiddos) and the 4 of us spent a week in Galveston. MIMI found this great beach house that was a very short walk to the beach and had access to a great pool.
Cousins exctited to be at the beach! ( watch out for my drool master! still no teeth, but this boy can slobber with the best of 'em!)

Headed out another walk. We did this A LOT! The older girls loved picking up shells and feeding the birds.
And we spent lots of time outside in the yard area playing games and hanging out.
PawPaw had a kite that was a huge hit with everyone!

And horseshoes. After a few days of sun, beach and pool...it rained...and rained...and rained! We made the most of it and did some indoor activities. The Aquarium at Moody Gardens in Galveston was recommended and it was wonderful! A great outing and change of scenery for everyone.

Our anniversary fell over our trip and the others graciously offered to keep AL and G so we could spend an evening out.
We went to this awesome steakhouse and enjoyed a wonderful, quiet dinner. Thanks all for chipping in with our kids so we could get away!
