Today was the completion of the first full week of two-a-days football practice. Dave told us to come up at the end of practice. It was also media day with team pictures and whole lot of other hoopla. I really had no idea the crowds media day would bring out. They were selling anything and everything Mojo and Permian. Evidentially the brisket tacos they were selling were pretty darn good but I was conned into chickfila by the littles. :( The freshmen team was scrimmaging, and their are 150 freshmen! There were people everywhere. I wish I would have taken pictures of the craziness. When we walked up, Graham pointed to the players wide-eyed and said "Mama, are those the Permian Panthers?!" Dave took Graham in the locker room and he went around giving all the player high fives and took his pic with a couple of players. Think he was a little nervous but loved every minute!
We are so excited for the season to start! Go panthers!!
